General privacy policy

By using our website, you consent to the collection, processing and use of data in accordance with this policy. The website can be visited without registration. In doing so, technical data without any personal reference is stored. Personal data (e.g. name, address, email) is collected only on a voluntary basis and with your consent and is not passed on to third parties.

Handling of personal data

Personal data is any information that can be traced back to an identifiable person (name, address, email, phone number, websites visited). We collect, use and pass on this data only where this is permitted by law or you have given your consent.

Scope

This policy applies to the collection and use of personal data on our website. The legal bases are the GDPR and the German Digital Services Act (Digitale-Dienste-Gesetz, DDG).

Contacting us

You are welcome to contact us by email. The data you submit is stored in order to process your enquiry and, where applicable, to clarify contractual relationships.

Creation of log files

When our website is accessed, data is automatically stored in log files, for example:

  • Operating system
  • Internet service provider
  • IP address
  • Date and time of access
  • Referrer (referring page)
  • Pages accessed

The data serves to ensure the functionality, security and optimisation of our website and is stored separately from other personal data.

Privacy policy for cookies

Our website uses cookies – small text files that are stored on your device. A technically necessary cookie is set to maintain your login on our website and to enable access to protected areas. This cookie contains only an anonymised session ID and is deleted when you close your browser. In addition, we use cookies to collect usage statistics and to improve the website. You can deactivate cookies in your browser; in this case, authentication may not work correctly.

Web analytics with Plausible Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics for the statistical analysis of website usage. Plausible is operated on our own infrastructure under the subdomain analytics.kontrakte.ai; usage data is not transferred to third parties or to third countries.

Plausible works without cookies and does not create device-related or user-related profiles. Only the following is processed:

  • the technically necessary IP address, which is immediately reduced to a daily rotating hash and is not stored
  • Referrer URL (the page you came from)
  • User agent for deriving the browser, operating system and device category
  • the page accessed and the date and time of access

In addition, the following events are counted in aggregated form: file downloads, clicks on outbound links, custom page properties and tagged events (e.g. clicks on call-to-action buttons).

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in statistical audience measurement and the optimisation of our online offering; owing to the cookieless, pseudonymised and purely aggregated processing, overriding interests of users are not adversely affected. As no cookies or comparable technologies within the meaning of Section 25(1) of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG) are used, consent is not required. You can object under Art. 21 GDPR at any time, informally, by email to dsb@consiliari-software.de.

Routine erasure and blocking

We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose or required by law. It is then erased or blocked.

Storage period

We store data for as long as you wish to receive information from us, contracts exist or statutory retention periods apply.

Legal basis for processing

  • Consent: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR
  • Performance of a contract: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR
  • Legitimate interest: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR

Disclosure to third parties

Data is disclosed only where this is necessary for the performance of a contract. External service providers process data only on our instructions and in accordance with the GDPR.

Rights of the data subject

  • Right of access: confirmation and information on purpose, categories of data, recipients, storage period, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, complaint and source of the data.
  • Right to rectification: correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to restriction: restriction of processing under certain conditions.
