      Pre-check until the document fits

      The submitting party uploads its document. The AI pre-checks it against the criteria and shows straight away what does not fit yet. The submitting party makes improvements and has it checked again – until the document fits.

      Only once the pre-check is right does the contracting party submit officially – as a version that has already been pre-checked. This saves caseworkers time and unnecessary correction loops.

      Reviewer

      Decide passage by passage

      The reviewer receives the document with an initial AI assessment. The assessment assistant sorts the content by urgency; the reviewer decides block by block – confirm or reject – and records feedback directly in the text. The AI suggests, people decide.

      The reviewer gives final acceptance – or returns the document to the submitting party for improvement. The next round then begins, until both sides agree.

    Every decision is documented in a traceable way: the history shows who commented on what and how the document came about. The end result is a final version that meets the requirements – documented in a traceable way from the first submission through to approval.

In a campaign, the reviewer specifies how documents are checked. The submitting party uploads a document; the AI assesses it against the criteria and shows the result to the submitting party. The submitting party adapts the document and has it checked again until it is satisfied, and then submits it officially. The reviewer receives the document with a separate initial AI assessment, confirms or dismisses the findings block by block, and either accepts the document as final or returns it to the submitting party for improvement.
