Kontrakte.AI is operated by Consiliari Software GmbH, a German limited company based in Karlsruhe. Your documents are stored in Germany; you choose the language model for the AI analysis yourself for each review.

What this means for the public sector:

Your documents are stored with Hetzner in Germany (ISO/IEC 27001)
Sovereign model choice: for each review, you decide which language model is used and in which data zone. By default, these are models in EU data centres; for the models provided via AWS and Google, the providers are additionally bound to confidentiality under § 203 StGB.
