• Portfolio radar for entire contract portfolios: In the new auto mode of bulk checks, you only upload the contracts and name your own party. Kontrakte.AI assigns each contract a contract type, checks it against the matching standard and backs every answer with a quote and page. The situation overview shows how many main contracts are critical and where the risks lie. The ranking lists the most critical contracts first, with the reason and a jump to the passage. The situation overview can be downloaded as a PDF. More on bulk checks
  • Standard checklists per contract type: Each contract type has a standard checklist of reviewed system questions. You switch questions on or off, set how much weight a question carries and add the questions your organisation always asks for that contract type.
  • Severity for every finding: In bulk checks, the AI rates every finding on a scale from 1 to 10 and explains the rating in one sentence. You can correct the value when you confirm the finding, and it is included in the Excel export. This lets you tell a missing formality apart from a risk you should tackle first.
  • Limit checklists to contract types: A checklist can be limited to specific contract types, and individual questions can narrow this further. In bulk checks, each document only gets the questions that fit its contract type.
  • Word documents in their original layout: DOCX files appear in the review as they look in Word, with page breaks and zoom. Quoted passages are highlighted in colour, and a click takes you to the matching answer. More on reviewing
  • Earlier assessments in playbook checks: Below each question you see how your team has assessed the same question for very similar clause text. You also get a suggestion and a warning when earlier assessments contradict the AI.
  • More convenience in daily work: You can pick documents from the document directory directly for a review. In bulk checks, this also works with several SharePoint files or entire folders at once. AI-generated checklists now have fixed answer types and start as a draft that you review before release.

Some features, such as the portfolio radar, are enabled per organisation. The AI prepares, and you decide on every finding.
