• Bulk checks for entire contract portfolios: Bulk checks are now designed for your whole contract portfolio. Each document is assigned a contract type, and a live dashboard shows the results as a matrix of review criterion and contract type, with a jump to the contracts behind each cell. You can also import documents directly from a configured connection, with a progress display and a list of files that could not be imported. More on reviewing
  • Review in work packages, reports with confirmation level: The review can be split into work packages (one review question within one contract type), each with a recommended sample size and an assigned person. Reports can be created before every AI result has been confirmed; the confirmation level is shown in the report, and earlier versions remain available.
  • Referenced summary in Smart Check: The summary and the risk list carry references to the relevant passages. Hovering shows the excerpt with its page number, and a click takes you to that passage in the document, so every statement by the AI can be checked against the contract text.
  • Suggestions in the Word add-in arrive as they are ready: Each change suggestion appears as soon as it is finished and can be reviewed while the analysis continues. You can cancel the run at any time, and suggestions that have already arrived are kept. More on editing in Word
  • Email draft from playbook checks: As in Smart Check, you can now create a draft to the other party from a playbook check, choosing which results to include, limiting it to confirmed findings, and setting tone and language. The draft can be edited and used via your email program, the clipboard or as an .eml file. More on negotiating
  • Applicable law as a separate setting: The applicable law is now kept separate from the document and output language, and several legal systems can be combined. You set it explicitly, and each entry shows where it comes from (tenant default, legal context preset or manual selection).

Some features, such as bulk checks, are enabled per organisation. The AI prepares, and you decide on every finding.
