- Reasons as Word comments: When you apply an improvement from Smart Check or a playbook check in the Word add-in, a Word comment with the problem description, the reasoning or both can be added at that passage. By default no comments are added; you choose the setting under "Properties" and can change it for each improvement. About the Word add-in
- Several PDF files in one review: Smart Check and playbook checks accept up to 15 PDF files, for example a contract with its annexes and amendments, and merge them into one document in the order you set. A source selector shows which pages come from which file. More on reviewing
- Team preselection for private reviews: If your organisation enables the setting, the creator's teams are preselected in the access field of privately created reviews. The selection stays visible and can be changed, and the final decision is yours.
- Additional AI models: GPT 5.6 Luna, Terra and Sol as well as Claude Opus 5 are now available. As before, you choose the model for each review. More on knowledge sources
- Peruvian law and translated tours: Peruvian law is available as an additional legal context. The guided product tours are now fully translated into all nine interface languages.
- More convenience in daily work: The Word add-in can be opened directly from the main navigation, and the playbook dashboard remembers your search, assignment filter and view even after a browser restart. When creating a bulk check, you can upload a checklist directly as a file.
As before, the AI prepares suggestions and only what you confirm is applied.
