• Review results in a second language: For document reviews and playbook checks you can choose an additional result language. You switch between original and translation in the results view, and translated texts are marked as such. Reports and system notifications appear in the selected language. This helps when the specialist department and the contract partner work in different languages. The function is enabled for your organisation. Learn more about contract review.
  • Checklists created from a file: You drag a file, such as a guideline or a working aid, into the checklist generator, and the AI creates a checklist from it. It takes the name, language and instructions from the document. The result is a draft: your team reviews the questions, adds or removes them before the checklist is used. The function is enabled by your organisation's administration.
  • "Adjust document" in the Word add-in renewed: The Word add-in now shows a history of the changes already applied. You can edit suggestions or set them aside before accepting them. If you wish, the add-in jumps to the next suggestion automatically after each decision. Only what you confirm is applied. Learn more in the Word add-in documentation and about editing contracts.
  • More language models: The model selection has been extended by further language models, including models in EU data centres. Trial accounts can also choose the model for a review themselves.
  • Further improvements: Long checklist evaluations resume at the right point after an interruption. New accounts start with a wider set of functions, including the clause library, teams, document adjustment in the Word add-in and highlighting of quotes in the PDF. Passwords can be changed by email, and the system notifications have a new design. Self-registration also works on mobile devices, and loading states give clearer feedback.
