• Choose the review intensity for each review: Before each document review you decide how strictly the document is checked. There are three levels: tolerant (only issues that would block an agreement), balanced, and thorough (all notes, warnings and issues). This lets you check a contract for fundamental obstacles first and go into detail later. The assessment of the findings stays with you. Learn more about contract review.
  • Document libraries: Templates, model clauses and reference documents can be organised in libraries of their own. The libraries are maintained in one place, are available to the whole team and can be used directly as a benchmark in reviews. Learn more about knowledge sources.
  • Faster indexing: New documents are prepared for search and review faster, because processing now runs in batches.
  • Further improvements: Bulk checks run more reliably, including the management of domain contexts and languages and the column selection. The Word add-in is more robust, for example when displaying changes and in PDF dialogs. Dates now follow the application language you have set instead of the browser language.
