Word add-in with a new interface: The Word add-in now has a calmer, clearer layout. The question is collapsed at first, the assessment and the improvement suggestion come first, and findings you have already assessed collapse automatically. New are a text search in the results, a filter by assessment and dedicated assessment buttons in the playbook check, where the AI recommendation is marked. The "Adjust document" function has been reworked and is now available to all users. Learn more in the Word add-in documentation.
Key contract data at a glance: After the review, parties, term and notice periods appear as a collapsed summary above the results. You see the basic data of a contract before you go into the individual findings. Learn more about contract review.
Wording suggestions for critical checklist items: For items rated negatively in a checklist, the review now suggests a specific wording. You decide whether to accept the suggestion, and accepting it takes one click. If document or clause libraries are set up, the suggestions follow these templates. Learn more about knowledge sources and editing contracts.
Your own rule sets as a checklist: The "Generate checklist" dialog has been reworked. You can now paste longer rule sets of your own, from which a checklist is created. The generated checklist is a draft that your team reviews and adjusts.
Introduction in German and English: Interactive tutorials guide new users through their first steps in Kontrakte.AI, in German and English.
Further improvements: Own party and counterparty are recognised more precisely; address blocks no longer influence the recognition. The SharePoint connection and AI processing run more reliably. Loading times are shorter, especially in the Word add-in.
